This is a great timeshare including two suites that sleeps 8 comfortably availalble for use or exchange over Halloween week
It is a "lock off". so can be used as a whole or apartment by apartment.. If it is split you have double the use. the timeshare includes 5 weeks over three years which can be divided into ten weeks. maintenance.($600) needs only to be paid every three years. It is easily rented out if you wanted to make some income off it or even just pay the maintenence as Halloween week is a very popular week. It can be rented unit by unit A or B or rented all together. One rental takes care of the maintenece I've asked $1200 a week for the whole two units or $800 for the week for a separate unit. Then you have the use of the timeshare for your remaining weeks completely free.
If you choose to exchange it there is the whole world of resorts to choose from. I took the family to Paris one year and a friend and I went to a resort in Portugal another year. Then there was New Orleans and Los Vegas. If you like traveliing the choices are endless. The thing, now is I am widowed and agiing, my family is in far flung places and really friends who are available to travel ar few and far between.
