Ownership is perpetual and Duta Vista intervals can be exchanged or deposited for future use through Resort Condominiums International (RCI) timeshare exchange.
In contrast to the vacation ownership option, the Vacation Super Club provides its members with access to a pool of eight resorts, five of which are in Malaysia. With your Super Club membership comes the right to use these holiday accommodations contingent upon the number of vacation points you have purchased.
When you rent timeshare on the secondary market, you may be renting a vacation owner’s holiday interval or you may be renting the use of a club member’s points that have already been assigned for use at a specified resort.
