Designed to serve the needs of tent, RV, travel trailer, or motor home vacationers, Captains Cove Resort has more than 175 campsites, most nestled under a canopy of stately hardwood trees. Every campsite has water and electrical hookups. Some sites have 50 AMP service, some are convenient pull-thru layouts, and many include sewer hookups. Available within the campground is a pavilion, restrooms with showers, a restaurant, laundry, and a dump station.
With seven unique cabins at the Captain’s Cove Campground and Resort, you’ll be able to find your ideal vacation accommodations. The Park Model is designed to accommodate up to six people and includes a queen bed, twin beds, a sleeper sofa, and a full kitchen.
The Coves & View floor plan is perfect for families of four. This rustic single-unit cabin has a partial kitchen (all appliances except a dishwasher and an oven), one queen bed, a sleeper sofa, one bath, and an outdoor picnic table. Cabins identified as Cove units have a lake view.
Fireplace Suites are hotel-style accommodations, all recently updated. Units have one bedroom with either two full beds or a king bed, plus a living area with bar sink, mini fridge, and microwave. These lake view suites feature a balcony or patio and a gas fireplace, and can sleep either four or six vacationers.
Condo One, Two, and the Lake Condo are designed for families, friends, and vacationers who like plenty of space. These larger condos all have a full kitchen, a private patio, and a gas barbeque grill. Condo One has three bedrooms, two full baths, a half-bath, and sleeping accommodations for up to thirteen. Condo Two has three bedrooms and two baths and sleeps up to ten, while the sprawling Lake Condo has five bedrooms, three full bathrooms, a private beach area, and sleeping accommodations for up to sixteen with six queen beds, two queen air mattresses, and a large L-shaped sofa.
