This is a Winter Timeshare from October - May, which gives an option for Preferred Access Points which can be used in the Summer from May - October. Same amount of points are available, just the Maintenance Fees for the second set of points will need to be paid. This Ownership has a lot of benefits and I am part of UVCI which is also included in the purchase of my Timeshare. With over 3000 places worldwide to explore through Interval, the points can be used for as low as 250 for the best destinations and discounts.
