These large timeshare units sleep up to eight vacationers and have two queen beds, two full beds and a sleeper sofa.
A limited number of wheelchair accessible, single-story villas are also available. The timeshare units have two queen beds, one full bed, two bunk beds, and a sleeper sofa affording sleeping capacity for up to nine vacationers. One extra-large villa has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and over 2000 square feet of space. This unit has two queen beds, two full beds, and two sleeper sofas.
Every well-appointed vacation villa at the Summit Resort has a full kitchen with dishwasher and microwave, a living and dining area, a jetted tub in the master bath, multiple televisions, outdoor seating, central heat, and air and a roomy living area. Most timeshare units also have an in-suite washer and dryer. Villas offer dramatic vistas of the Guadalupe River valley.
