Each plan also includes model variations depending upon whether the model is on the terrace level where units tend to be slightly larger, or in either the east or west wing. One bedroom timeshare condos typically have a second bedroom/den, along with two or two-and-a-half bathrooms, a large private balcony, a spacious living and dining area, upscale kitchen, a washer and dryer, and between 1044 and 1430 square feet of living space. Patio/balcony areas start at 148 square feet and may be as expansive as 1581 square feet of beautiful outdoor living space.

Two-bedroom layouts have an added bedroom/den, three bathrooms, and all the amenities of a one-bedroom unit. These timeshares have 1687 square feet of living area, plus either 452 or 1223 square feet of private patio or balcony space. With four different plans for three-bedroom units and nine optional model variations (all of which are incredible) the three-bedroom layout offers the most flexibility.
