The Lawai Beach Resort is an RCI Gold Crown Resort. Offering six floor plans and both 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom options, timeshare units are located in the Alii Building, the Banyan Building, the Coral Building and the Lika Lani Building. 

• The Alii Building features 1-bedroom condos and 2-bedroom condo units. All floor plans offer either an ocean view, a garden view, or a pool view. Each condo includes a full kitchen (with dishwasher), a washer and dryer, a king bed in the master bedroom, twin beds (in the second bedroom of 2-bedroom units), and a 40-inch HD television in the living area and a 32-inch HD television in the bedroom(s). 
• The Banyan Building Units also offer both 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom units, all with a garden view or an ocean view. The Banyan timeshares include full kitchens with dishwashers, washers and dryers, king beds or (for 2-bedroom units) a second private bedroom with twin beds. In the living area, you’ll enjoy a 46-inch HD television plus 32-inch HD televisions in the bedroom(s). 
• The Banyan Building Executive Units 2001 (2-Bedroom) and Banyan Executive Suite (BES Units 2001 and 2002) are ocean view or pool view units. These larger condos provide all the features of the other 2-bedroom floor plans, plus king size beds in each bedroom of the condo. In some plans, the second bedroom is a lock-out unit featuring an additional kitchenette, sitting area, and a private entrance. 
• The Coral Building includes both 1- and 2-bedroom floor plans and offer (generally) the same features as the comparable units in the Banyan Building.
• The Lika Lani Building features 1- and 2-bedroom condos with balconies, separate dining areas and fully equipped kitchens. Units have a king bed in the master bedroom, air conditioning throughout the unit and a huge 75-inch TV in the living room. Each unit also has a washer/dryer which comes in handy after a day at the beach. 

All 1-bedroom condos are designed to sleep up to four adults and all two bedroom units are designed to comfortably accommodate up to six adults. Other handy features include a private balcony or patio, building elevators, free parking, free in-unit Wi-Fi, and pool towels for each timeshare.
