As a vacation owner at Horseshoetrails Camping Resort you’ll be eligible for fourteen nights of camping per month with no nightly fee. You can bring your own tent, trailer, or RV, or rent an RV or cabin. You’ll also enjoy partnered membership at the Mountain Lakes Club, where you can access all the club amenities including pools, boats, clubhouse, mini golf, and a riding stable.
All vacation owners at Horseshoe Trails Campground, including resale buyers, receive a Warranty Deed of ownership, which is recorded in the courthouse records of White County, Georgia. And for retirees or other campers interested in a working vacation, Horseshoetrails offers “workamping” opportunities. As a workamper, you and your spouse or partner can plan a long-term vacation during which you trade 24 hours of service in camp management and maintenance for extended camping privileges with no nightly fee.

All camping sites are private, well maintained, and include parking spaces. All lighted sites are full hook-up sites with concrete pads and cable television. Each site has a deck, picnic table and barbeque grill. Although access roads are paved, and landscaping is exceptional, sites are laid out to help you maximize the feeling of woodland camping, surrounded by the tall pines, and in the spring and summer, native wildflowers.
If you are renting your trailer or cottage, you can choose a small cabin, which includes a sink, cooktop, microwave, refrigerator, toilet and shower and sleeping accommodations, or a large cabin rental with the same features plus an oven and an additional sleeping loft. There’s even a cabin that includes a fireplace. Trailer rentals are already in place with water and electric hook ups.
On-site facilities include a laundry and bathhouses with hot showers.
