One-bedroom floor plans, which are designed to accommodate up to four adults may have either one or one-and-a-half bathrooms. Two-bedroom layouts, which accommodate up to six vacationers, may have one, two, or two-and-a-half bathrooms.
Onsite amenities include laundry facilities for owners or guests, a swimming pool, and easy beach access. The resort is structured in four buildings, with Building 1 including a penthouse condo that has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a Florida room and a private deck.
