Visit the Lake Arrowhead Village, shops and restaurants. Lake rights available during your stay. Check with the village in advance for bringing your boat.
Year round lodge - pool, tennis courts, hot-tub, sauna, BBQ, exercise room for owners who are local residents plus a place for visitors to stay (or your visit to them near their place by timeshare trading).
And, of course, the week can be traded or banked for vacations around the world through 7-Across and locally for Big Bear or Palm Springs. A full price over can expect that the seller will pay the 2024 annual fee for your first week built in. No back payments are due. Price includes two more 1 week units peak time they are smaller still sleeps 4.
