It's headquartered in Las Vegas, with Polo Towers on the main strip next to Planet Hollywood, then there is Desert Resort around the corner from Orleans casino and Cancun resort at the opposite end of Las Vegas strip near LAS.

It also includes other hotels with tier points for Las Vegas. It has locations listed around the world as well.

The annual fee consists of membership, maintenance and points for destination exchange to other locations.
It has roll over total of 6000 points and 7 for current year for a total of 6007 points or two years.

If by July 1,2024 there is no sale date, I will be using the 3000 points for personal use or Destination Exchange upgrade.
