Owner Description
We've purchased our first unit when they were first available. We purchased two additional units at the close out and later sold two units and kept unit 207 Intervale 1. We own a townhouse two miles from the Grand Summit. We always enjoyed using the pool, sauna, hot tubs and gym. For many years we traded about five weeks thru RCI and placed the remaining week in the rental pool which offset part of the fees. Rental income dropped during covid but is coming back. Having a home in the in the area we enjoyed skiing, highking the mountain trail, biking, golfing, kayaking and canoeing on the Saco river. Many attraction in the area for our grand children such as Storyland. We are now retired in Florida and at 90 have reduced our travel.
Ownership is a quarter share. 13 weeks annually. Quarterly fees off $770 results in monthly cost of $237. for each of 13 weeks. Enjoy weeks at the grand summit, exchange weeks using points or place weeks in rental pool to generate income to offset fees.
