Designed by Joel Goldstrand, a highly regarded golf course architect in the Midwest, the course's distinctive "Prairie Links" design is unique in Minnesota.
The 9-hole "Ironman" course at the Ironman Golf Course facility in Detroit Lakes, Minnesota features 1,430 yards of golf from the longest tees for a par of 27 . Designed by Ford Hermanson, the Ironman golf course opened in 1960. Kris Smith manages the course as the Owner.
Pine to Palm Course - opened 1916, oldest course in DL. Lakeview Course opened 1980 Pine to Palm - hosts prestigious golf tournament "The Pine to Palm," in Aug. The rolling terrain and trees which line each fairway makes course a challenge. The Pine to Palm course has the DCC clubhouse available. Lakeview - A unique 18-hole course with nine par three holes, eight par four's and a closing par five. Features large greens, with traps bordering all 18 holes. A clubhouse, driving range, practice area and green are part of Lakeview.
